The large mill with a 75 kW main motor is designed especially for grinding soft foam materials such as Molitan®, RE, lazy foam, etc. The grinding machine is equipped with a safe hopper with automatic conveyors, Omron control system with remote management and a sliding mechanism for easier maintenance. High quality crumb suitable for subsequent recycling.

The machine is very suitable for grinding lazy foam and recycled PUR. During the grinding process, the technological regulations of the manufacturer for the processing of PUR foams must be observed.
The average equivalent sound pressure level during operation, which is 92 dB, was verified by measurements with the competent authority. The design of the machine does not allow the noise level to be reduced below the permissible limit of 85 dB, so it is the operator's responsibility to use hearing protectors!
Description of the machine The machine as a whole consists of individual parts: belt conveyor, small - pressure belt conveyor, mill with a rotor with hammers, exchangeable sieve, the openings of which determine the size of the processed parts, a suction fan for transporting the processed material to the desired place and a conveying pipe. Access to the working chamber while the machine is running is prevented by erecting belt conveyors and securing the protective cover. Access to the working chamber of the machine is prevented by securing the upper sliding protective cover with a safety switch with locking and locking.
Machine control Omron and Lovato elements are used for control. Due to the power of the main motor, automatic star / delta switching is used with evaluation by the current taken. The data is evaluated in a PLC (once per 3.5 mS) and switches the individual electromechanical elements (contactors). The current is also sensed during crushing and slows down / stops the conveyors during material supersaturation. Performance is therefore always optimal. All parameters are adjustable on the touch screen.
