Incremental measuring wheel (encoder) ROB K500 with high accuracy (res. 0.5 mm)
The ROB K500 incremental measuring wheel encoder is a costeffective and extremely compact solution for the length measurement etc. Our incremental measuring wheel can be used with counter ROB 2000. Basic version with high adhesive wheel is ideal for normal materials measuring with resolution to 0.5 mm and speed to 1 m/s.
The basis of the product is the ROB K500 incremental encoder. You can replace standard wheel X Worker for two other types. You can also apply weights for soft materials measuring.
Special design making the ROB K500 extremely robust and resistant to shock and vibration. High accuracy (500 imp. / 1 turn = superior then 1 mm), steel and aluminum parts for the best quality, shaft on two bearings and universal mounting using the joint and segment with thread M6. It is our measuring wheel named ROB K500.
The product versatility enables many uses, e. g. in: Woodworking machinery, Steel and sheet processing, machinery, Storage and conveying technology, Sorting systems, Conveyor belts, Textile machinery, Printing and paper
You can replace standard wheel X Worker with dia. 70 mm and width 47 mm for other two types. The smallest wheel with dia. 55 mm and width 23,5 mm for high accuracy or the narrow wheel with dia. 85 mm and width 13 mm for hard materials measurement.
